Musical Theatre
Age range: Primary School ages 4+
*Group Class. This class runs in 7-week terms.
This is a fast-paced, child friendly introduction to stage skills. Children learn the lingo and put theory into practice through games, script, singing, dance & improvisation. This in turn helps children learn about leadership, teamwork & communication.
It is a very inclusive class where we focus on the journey to stage more than the performance itself – making room for all levels of ability. However, children partake in two dedicated performance evenings annually to give them a sense of achievement & their first post show high!
At MT we’ve noticed huge strides in confidence & wellbeing, emotional intelligence and creative thinking as well as assertiveness, problem solving and interpersonal skills, all while having a blast!
Currently Thursdays at 4.15-6.30pm *45-minute class with various age groupings*
